With remote support, an Onbyte technician connects to your computer over the Internet and fixes the problem without a visit. You can see everything we do and end the connection whenever you want.
1. Download the program
Older computer and TeamViewer won't run? Download the TeamViewer version for older systems.
2. Call us
Open the program and call us on +34 952 80 57 56. We will ask for the ID and password shown on your screen.
3. We fix it
You will see the technician working on your computer. When we finish, close the program and the connection ends: nobody can connect again without a new password.
Important: Onbyte will never call you out of the blue asking for access to your computer. Only connect when you have called us.
